Senator Wilken moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
excused from a call of the Senate from afternoon plane time,                   
February 24 through morning plane time, February 28. Without                   
objection, Senator Wilken  was excused.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
excused from the Senate, not subject to a call, from February 15               
through afternoon plane time, February 16. Without objection,
